The room was beautiful and felt very spacious with the high ceiling. I appreciated the ramp instead of stairs to get to our floor…made lugging suitcases so much easier. Also, being able to open our windows at night (because there were screens) and listen to the sound of the river below us was so peaceful and lulled us to sleep. Since we were on the third floor we had no fear of bears trying to get in our room thru the balcony screens. We were able to easily walk to Gatlinburg from the hotel but didn’t hear the hustle and bustle while trying to sleep which was a plus. Coming back to the pool and hot tub after a day in the mountains or in town was a definite plus as well, you didn’t feel like you were on display like so many of the other pools in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge because this one is tucked in the back instead of roadside.

Housekeeping came upon request for towels, etc. Needed a larger pot for pasta and office gave us a brand new set of pots and pans. Pool and spa perfect temp, very clean and pleasant with plenty of patio furniture and floatie. The location is off the "main drag", but a close enough walk. Location is right near entrance to roaring motor trail and 3 minutes to Ely's Mountain store. Only disappointment with 1 room cottage, on creek, was a beautiful view but along the road with a lot of traffic noise. Would definitely

Very close to town and budget friendly. Stayed in cabin 15. Easy parking in front of the cottage. Located across from office- so easy towel exchange. We didn’t need room cleaning, but it is offered free of charge by request. Located close to the pool. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was what you would expect (not the most comfortable) This cabin fit a large family of 6. Kids were happy they got to see some bears on the property. Never had an issue getting a spot at the pool/hot tub. The pool was very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved the location, and it was close enough to walk downtown. However, you felt like your room was off in the woods with a creek and plenty of bears. The staff was most helpful and definitely very friendly. An employee (Torquee) upgraded us to a 2-bedroom upstairs above the creek, and we loved it. We had the best sleep at night because it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. This is our 2nd time to stay, and we plan on many more. Thanks, Carrs, for a "home away from home" stay. everything here is wonderful we've stayed here before and we will be staying here again the staff is very helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and the property is not only conviently located but also very well equipped for the family that doesn't want to have to take the kids through the hustle and bustle of downtown as they have a full family center pool and hot tub as well as fire pits and grills for outdoor cooking and s'mores with the kids and they're right along the creek
